How can Hatha-Yoga impact your life in a positive way, just like it has improved the quality of life for many others? Hatha-Yoga develops your inner strength as well as your self confidence and improves your mobility, body sensation, inner harmony and your overall satisfaction. If you practise Hatha-Yoga consistently, you can not only prevent injuries, but support your body and mind in the healing process in case of a disease or injury, respectively it can get easier to deal with chronic diseases. This is also one of my convictions and reasons why I am practising and teaching Hatha-Yoga, and why I am so passionated about it.
As a dancer, I have put my body and mind in extreme situations. Through the daily yoga practice that has accompanied me for about 12 years, I was able to find a good balance between physical and mental exertion and regeneration during this time.
